PHCSA Seeking Auditing Services

The Palm Harbor Community Services Agency, Inc., Florida (hereinafter referred to as “PHCSA”) invites you to submit a written proposal to provide PHCSA with accounting services.  The proposals are solicited in accordance with the terms, conditions and instructions as set forth in this Request for Proposal.

Proposals will be received by PHCSA by U.S. Postal Mail, hand-delivery, or e-mail at marylmason@gmail.com until June 28, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.  No proposal will be accepted after the stated deadline.   Candidates will be requested to give a 10 minute presentation to the PHCSA Board at a date to be scheduled.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS ON PROPOSAL FORMAT

All proposals must be in writing.  Proposals should not be submitted in elaborate format and legibility, clarity and completeness are essential.  The proposal must be signed by individual(s) legally authorized to bind the financial institution.
