Commons at Twin Lakes Sells for $8.4 Million

Palm Harbor’s Commons at Twin Lakes has a new owner courtesy of an $8.4 million deal that was inked recently.

The 31958 U.S. Highway 19 plaza is now owned by Realty Financial Corp., according to the Tampa Bay Times. The Commons is anchored by such hotspots as Massimo’s Eclectic Fine Dining and Outback Steakhouse.
