Update: Child Dies Following Tarpon Springs Shooting
The 2-year-old suffered from a self-inflicted wound, deputies say.

A 2-year-old Tarpon Springs boy is dead following an apparent accident at his home.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Christina Nigro and Kevin Ahles, both 23, were in the process of moving out of their 1094 Misty Hollow Court home Wednesday when their son, Kaleb, 2, climbed into their car.
Kaleb’s parents were packing the car for the move just before 5 p.m., deputies say. Kevin Ahles left a .380 caliber handgun secured in the vehicle, an email to media from the agency stated.
