Update: St. Petersburg Man Killed in Palm Harbor Stabbing

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal stabbing that took place Friday afternoon on Market Place Drive behind 36301 Eastlake Road.

Detectives say Dwight Tisdale, 23, of St. Petersburg was stabbed. Tisdale was transported to Mease Countryside Hospital where he later died.

Few details about the crime have been released, but police say the incident does not appear to be a random act.
