Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation will hold its 8th Annual Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 22, 2011, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the Palm Harbor Community Activity Center, 1500 - 16th St.
The event will feature free trick-or-treating, a haunted hayride ($2), a haunted trail ($2) and a haunted house constructed by the Palm Harbor Library Youth Advisory Board.
