Aqua Zumba® Kick-Off Party

Are you ready for the Zumba "Pool Party??"  Come join Sheila, Debbie, Kathleen, and Tracy to kick off this NEW format available at Shapes Palm Harbor!

Aqua Zumba® gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting,  laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines,  Aqua Zumba® blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and, most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!

This one-time special event is a $5 drop-in.  Punch cards will be available to purchase at $50/10 class card for members or $70/10 class card for non-members.  Just want to drop in occasionally?  The drop-in for Aqua Zumba is $10 for members and non-members.

Regular classes to follow every Friday (with Sheila and Debbie) & Sunday (with Kathleen and Tracy)!
