Bouzouki Workshop with George Soffos

The Gulf Coast Folklife Center says George Soffos may be the best bouzouki player born outside of Greece. Learn to play the bouzouki (an instrument similar to the lute and a mainstay of modern Greek music) from Soffos, who has performed traditional as well as popular and classical Greek works.

There are a few instruments available for students. Please call to reserve one if needed.

(NOTE: There is one other class in this grouping on Nov. 20, listed separately on the calendar because it is held at the Tarpon Springs Cultural Center.)
