MONDAY STAND UP PADDLE

  HOPE YOU CAN JOIN US FOR OUR MONDAY MANGROVE PADDLE!!!   If the tides
cooperate..we will paddle through very cool mangrove areas...If not....off to an island (somewhere) we go..No matter what the tides or weather we will have a
great paddle.. This will be a casual paddle yet we will make it challenging for those who
want to go the extra mile with their workout..This paddle we will continue working on your Balance, PADDLE FORM, REACH, STROKE, RETURN and Position on the
board as well as an SUP workout!! We will be Sharing the love of the sport with our newbies and Pushing are "regulars" a little harder.

DONT BE AFRAID!!! join Us ....YOU CAN DO IT....WE CANT STRESS ENOUGH..ALL LEVELS AND AGES WELCOME!!!!!

If you do not have a board, NEVER been on a board.... No Worries..we will take care of it all: the board, paddle
and instruction!!  Just bring yourself and a
smile--we have you covered for the rest

Fee: 30.00 for board and paddle
and a good tiime AND NOT ON THE CLOCK!!!

Fee: 15.00 if you have your own boarD
