Ride to Defeat ALS

The Ride to Defeat ALS is a one-day cycling event that raises money to fight Lou Gehrig's Disease.

The event is held in Walsingham Park in Largo. Participants can choose from three different bicycle routes-

-The Metric Century: 62.5 miles through lightly-traveled streets, trails and residential areas in Tampa Bay. Riders must be 16 years or older to participate.

-The 25 Mile Challenge: 25 mile route through lightly-traveled streets, trails and residential areas in Tampa Bay, including the Pinellas Trail. Riders must be 16 years or older to participate.

-The 5 Mile Family Fun Ride: 5 mile route is a loop through Walsingham Park.
