Prior to its three-day Top o' the Bay Oktoberfest, the Oldsmar Upper Bay Chamber of Commerce and the charity Oldsmar Cares join forces to stage "Rocktoberfest 2011."
The classic- and alternative-rock band Cross-Eyed Larry will provide entertainment while guests enjoy plenty to eat and drink. In true Oktoberfest spirit, there will be ladies' and men's stein-holding contests tonight at 7:45pm.
In addition, this is ride-all-you-want night on the carnival rides with a $20 wristband.
