Local Teen to Perform on National TV
Palm Harbor University High senior, Brian Millan is a member of the U.S. Army All-American Marching Band. The band will perform live on national TV during Saturday's U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
Palm Harbor University High's Brian Millan belongs to an elite group of young musicians who will have the honor of performing on national TV Saturday.
Millan was selected to be a member of the 2012 U.S. Army All-American Marching Band. The band will perform during halftime of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl a the Alamodome in San Antonio , Texas.
βThe skills and strengths necessary to be a successful band member are mirrored in Army Strong Soldiers. Only the strongest wear the Army colors, which is why we are proud to honor all of our 2012 U.S. Army All-American Band members and congratulate each of them on their selection,β said John Myers, Director of Strategic Communications, Marketing and Outreach, U.S. Army Accessions Command.

The U.S. Army All-American Marching Band recognizes the top 125 high school senior marching musicians and color guard members from across the country. The U.S. Army All-American Bowl is considered one of the country's premier high school football games.
The U.S. Army All-American Bowl will be televised live on NBC at 1 p.m. EST Saturday, Jan. 7.
