Palm Harbor Man Molested 3 Children, Cops Say

A 55-year-old Palm Harbor man faces three charges of lewd and lascivious molestation.

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation into the case was launched Sunday when detectives were made aware of allegations that the man had touched three children inappropriately.

Two of the victims are currently under the age of 12 and the third was under 12 when the abuse is alleged to have happened several years ago, an email to media from the sheriff’s office stated. All of the incidents are said to have taken place at private home in Palm Harbor. Detectives have not disclosed the gender of the victims.

Donald Keith Emerson of 4051 Eagle Cove Drive E. was arrested Tuesday. He was being held without bond in the Pinellas County Jail Wednesday.
