Did you know that Passports, while always recommended as the safest way to travel outside of the United States, are not required on most cruises from the United States! Most of the cruise lines, along with Homeland Security, allow U.S. Citizens that travel from the U.S. and return back to the U.S. without staying overnight in another country to cruise with an Original/Certified Birth Certificate and a Government Issued ID (license, etc.).
