Public Meeting Set On Forest Lakes Boulevard Project
Pinellas County will host a Neighborhood Project Information Meeting to preview planned roadway improvements to Forest Lakes Boulevard.

OLDSMAR, FL -- Pinellas County will host a Neighborhood Project Information Meeting to preview planned roadway improvements to Forest Lakes Boulevard on Thursday, June 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Oldsmar City Council Chambers, 101 State St. W., Oldsmar.
The project features the widening of the busy collector roadway to a four-lane suburban divided highway from west of Pine Avenue to west of Race Track Road in Oldsmar. Also included are drainage improvements, a 5-foot-wide paved shoulder that will be designated as a bike lane, sidewalks on both sides of the road and traffic signal upgrades.
County representatives will be available in an open house format to discuss the project and answer questions. No formal presentation will take place.

The project is part of the Pinellas County Capital Improvement Program and is funded for construction in the fall through the Penny for Pinellas, with partial funding through a County Incentive Grant Agreement administered by the Florida Department of Transportation.
