Motivation is the willingness to do some work or to complete some task which comes from internally or the desire to achieve some goal which comes from soul (mind). Motivation has a lot of importance in being successful and living a successful life.
Motivation is a psychological effect in human beings which forces them to do some specific work. A very simple example of this in real life is 'Hunger'. It is hunger which motivates human beings to eat the food.A person can get motivated by many sources.
Mainly, these sources can be Internal or External. Internal sources are causes which don't have direct relationship with physical word such as Willingness to get labeled on some famous newspaper or to go in the forest and live their for some time. As you can see that these things don't have any direct connection with physical world. As going to a forest is not gonna help someone to be successful or to do stuff but it drives a satisfaction which become the cause of such motivation. Internal motivation is long lasting and have more deeper impact.
The external motivation is as its name suggests, the motivation taken from external sources such as watching some video or listening to some inspirational lecture or speaker. This helps to stay focused on the work, but it is not long lasting and don't have that much deeper impact on person's psychology.
