Students and instructors say the intense training has built leadership, accountability, and strong friendships, and they’re confident the Eagle battalion will keep improving in future competitions.

American Heritage Schools is the No. 1 School in Florida for Highest Number of Presidential Scholar Candidates in 2026 (bocaratontribune.com) — Several Parkland students from American Heritage Schools’ Broward campus have been named U.S. Presidential Scholar candidates, putting local teens among the state’s top high school seniors. The school leads Florida in the number of candidates, highlighting both academic rigor and community pride, with honorees recognized for scholarship, leadership, and service.
