Tropical Storm Isaac is coming and residents on the beaches are getting ready for the likely effects of the storm.
Richard Hart and his family were out at Madeira Beach filling sandbags in preparation in case Tropical Storm Isaac causes storm surges.
Hart said that he's more worried about the flooding that can happen from the storm surge from Isaac, rather than wind damage from the storm.
