One of the many reasons folks enjoy the Gulf Coast beaches is the bird life, which abounds. Shore birds, in particular, are beachcombers that captivate and delight.
Some shore birds are a fisherman's best friend. Jim Mack shows us a photo of what he calls a "guardian of the bait bucket." I wonder if he'll get a fish for his guard duty!
