A lot of behind-the-scenes work goes into owning and running a business. While hard work can be its own reward for many, the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce has recognized a few outstanding businesses on the beaches.

Do you have a kiddie pool that's been gathering dust in your backyard? Instead of throwing it out or letting it sit there, give it to the birds. The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is looking for donations of kiddie pools.
A man strapped to an engine and parachute glided above Clearwater Beach Sunday and has been spotted along other Pinellas County Beaches as well. And while it looked pretty neat, it is a violation of Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach ordinance Section 18-28.
