Debby Swamps Boats on the Beaches
The higher tides and rushes of waves are causing boats to overturn and sink along island communities.
Tropical Storm Debby is sinking and flipping over boats across the beaches. Pass-A-Grille has had two boats overturn today from rough winds and waves hitting the coastline.
