Five Things on the Beach: Surf Shop Tunes

1.) The Suncoast Surf Shop is celebrating the holidays and doing it with style! They'll be holding their party at Gator's on the Pass. The Mad Beach Band will be out rocking some sweet tunes. Best of all, if you bring a toy, you'll get in the event for free and help out the kids. The party starts at 7 p.m.

2.) The is in St. Pete tonight. Even if you're not attending the game, it's worthwhile to starting at 2 p.m. in the Tropicana parking lot. 

3.) If you have kids who have trouble reading out loud, . Tucker is a listening dog who comes down to the St. Pete Beach library. He helps kids get comfortable reading out loud and in public. Not only that, but Tucker is a sweetheart and very attentive. He'll be at the library starting at 4 p.m.

4.) If you just want to talk about books to your peers, not your pets, at 10:30 a.m. They'll be out discussing The Christmas Train by David Baldacci, a story about learning the true reason the holidays are special.
