James Franco Sightings and Surfing Dolphins

 Rumor has it, James Franco is rocking dreadlocks in the film "Spring Breakers." Franco and Selena Gomez were spotted Tuesday morning in Gulfport at the Gulfport Police Department.

 Dolphins are one of the greatest attractions to people visiting Florida, and one lucky surfer got a great close encounter. Mitchell Overton was wake surfing while by the Tradewinds Resort, when he got some extra company in the form of two dolphins who came and swam up beside him.

 Two men were arrested earlier today on charges of kidnapping, armed robbery and false imprisonment, according to a report from St. Beach Police. Reginald Robinson and Floyd Butler approached a Crabby Bill's employee in the parking lot in St. Pete Beach at 1:07 a.m., police said.
