JCPenney Has Free Back-to-School Haircuts

JCPenney is offering free, back-to-school haircuts for kids during the month of August. How's that for affordable and convenient?

Beginning Aug. 1, you can take the little ones for their back-to-school haircut. Just walk in or make an appointment. Walk-in customers will be served on a first come, first serve basis.

JCPenney advertising lists a 855-JCP-KIDS as the number to call to make a free appointment in August, "while they last."
