Q: How long have you been a musician?

Katie: "I was born this way."

Q: What kind of music do you play?

Katie: "For cover tunes it varies from place to place, depending on the crowd. As far as my original music, it's written on an acoustic guitar or a piano with a little bit of a pop feel to it."

Q: Who inspires you, musically?

Katie: "Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Jewel, Adele, Amy Winehouse"

Q: Being from Kentucky, how did you end up on the beach in Florida?

Katie: "I came to visit St. Pete with a friend of mine from Boston. I ended up joining a band the second day I was here and decided to stay!"

Q: Where do you play?

Katie: "I've played all over the beaches, from Pass-A-Grille to Clearwater. I've played , , , , and the list goes on and on. Now, I play and Sunset Beach Bar on a weekly basis."

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Katie: "I will be on tour, singing and sharing my music with thousands of people all over the world."
