Sand Bags Available at Egan and Lido Parks

If you're preparing for the possibility of Tropical Storm Isaac, the city of St. Pete Beach is ready to supply you with sandbags.

Sandbags will be available at Lido Park (45th Ave & 1st St E) and Egan Park (Blind Pass Rd. and 80th Ave.).

Residents are asked to bring their own shovel to fill the sandbags when they pick them up.

Tampa Bay is currently is the five-day cone of uncertainty of Tropical Storm Isaac and is expected to make landfall early next week.
