I grew up with the following remedies therefore I am used to it, but please use caution if you are not used to it. Make sure you are not allergic to any ingredients - safety first as I always say.

Cleanse your body with plain yogurt, fresh mint leaves & sliced cucumbers, this recipe is also good for indigestion.

Parsley juice is rich in vitamin A, C, E, K, magnesium, calcium, potassium & iron; boil purified water, wash parsley thoroughly then add in the boiled purified water, add fresh squeezed lemon juice once these steps are done, cool & poor into a pitcher, this remedy is good for urinary tract infection, cleansing kidney to rid of toxins, it is good for losing weight (my dad lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks, he is also diabetic which brought his blood sugar level down); it is also good for skin care.

Good energy source remedy; 1 medium banana & 1 papaya sliced; 2 tablespoon tahini, 1 medium soup bowl plain yogurt & 1 medium size glass pineapple juice, mix all of these in blender & enjoy.
