Would you think of going a Library to see a play and a good one at that? Probably not, but the answer is yes, you can. The community can enjoy quality theater at the Safety Harbor Public Library in April when The Players of Safety Harbor present the heartwarming comedy, Over the River and Through the Woods, written by Joe DiPietro.
Evening performances are Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6 at 8:00 pm, with matinees on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 at 2:00 pm. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show. A donation of $10 is appreciated. Visit www.playersofsafetyharbor.weebly.com for more information.

Established in 2004 as a library theatre troupe, The Players of Safety Harbor has grown into a reputable community theatre in the heart of Safety Harbor. Their October 2012 production of Last Night at Ballyhoo, under the direction of Richard Rosen, enthralled audiences. "This is our best production yet. Rehearsals have been great and we look forward to April", said Rosen, of the upcoming comedy.
