Sip and Suds Pub Crawl a Success

More than 100 people turned out Saturday night for the First Annual Sip and
Suds Pub Crawl jointly sponsored by the Rotary Club of Safety Harbor and the
Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce. After meeting at the Gazebo on Main Street, attendees split into eight groups and spent three hours moving from one
emporium to another.

Many thanks to our sponsors for supplying free beverages to the crawlers and
supporting this charity fundraiser. Sponsoring businesses were Nolan’s,
BarFly/Saltwater Grill, The Safety Harbor Resort and Spa, Southern Fresh,
Whistle Stop, Copperheads Taphouse, Tapping the Vine, and 8th Avenue Pub.

Funds raised will support Rotary’s Eradicate Polio and a summer literacy
program for children in need at the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center
and the members benefit program, and building renovations for the Chamber of
Commerce.
