It's January 21st. It's National Hugging Day, and it was founded in 1986 to help peeps show more emotion in public. What's the best way to celebrate, you ask?????? Well, of course, offer a hug to anyone and everyone you want.

This nonverbal communication exudes so many emotions. Love and affection, friendship and greetings, comfort and consolation are just a few to mention. Every age is age appropriate, and every gender, race and religion can participate. So many to hug and so many types of hugs.
