Butter in Coffee

I've recently been made aware, by a client, that a fairly new trend is crossing parts of the globe. It is about putting BUTTER into your morning cup of joe. It's been an interesting thing to look up, as I began to realize that this is NOT uncommon in many countries. It has been found to provide long-term energy for many mountain people, as well as helping to keep appetite in check, and helping to have a source of fuel for the body. I found a website that lists some "benefits" (http://nextshark.com/5-reasons-why-everyone-is-putting-butter-in-their-coffee/).

I, myself, have decided to try it and see how it goes. It is a tasty treat/breakfast replacement, as it reminds me of the days when I used heavy cream in my coffee. After blending it, it tastes about the same. I do follow the directions by using only grass-fed butter and MCT oil. See what you think....
