The area behind the Safety Harbor Spa & Resort. In taking my daily walks. I have noticed, some folks Not picking up after their dogs. Maybe the city could olace a couple of doggy posts, with the disposal bags. Like the one they have by the main entrance to the gasbo. :) ... I like surprise(s) , but the doggy kind.
