Teen Events Abound @ the Safety Harbor Library this Summer

For teens, summer is a time to kick back, relax, and sleep in.  Some teens may have a part- time summer job or volunteer, but if your teen needs something to do, remind them to look at their library for fun events or to check out or download a good book.

Teens can also spend spare time to prepare for their SATs using study resources including Learning Express Library, an online resource providing practice tests and online study guides available through the Library website.

For aspiring teen writers, we are offering a five week Creative Writing Workshop and several writing contests to showcase their talents, along with financial workshops, a clothing swap, and more.  Our Teen Summer Reading Program is also going on.  Read or listen to a book, fill out a short form, and drop it off at the Library to be eligible to win cool gift cards!
