Mirada Lagoon, in partnership with Game On! Race Events, will host the Game On! Triathlon on Sunday, Nov. 15, at Mirada Lagoon in San Antonio.
Designed for athletes of all experience levels, the USA Triathlon-sanctioned triathlon race features race options for participants of all ages. This event marks the second year that Mirada Lagoon has served as the venue for the competition. The inaugural event brought approximately 250 racers out to participate in Florida’s first freshwater lagoon triathlon in 2025.
Participants can select from sprint or international distances for the triathlon, duathlon or an aquabike option. The swimming portion of the race takes place in Mirada Lagoon’s 15-acre lagoon, the nation’s largest man-made lagoon, while the running and biking routes traverse Mirada’s residential community and surrounding areas. Spectators are also welcome to relax by the lagoon while cheering on their friends and family with $5 spectator tickets providing access to lagoon amenities.
Athletes can choose from one of seven registration options:
- Sprint Triathlon ($149): .25-mile swim, 10-mile bike and 3.1-mile run
- Sprint Duathlon ($149): 1-mile run, 10-mile bike and 3.1-mile run
- International Triathlon ($179): .5-mile swim, 20-mile bike and 6.2-mile run
- International Duathlon ($179): 1-mile run, 20-mile bike and 6.2-mile run
- International Aquabike ($179): .5-mile swim and 20-mile bike
- Sprint Triathlon Relay ($199): 2- or 3-person team
- International Triathlon Relay ($229): 2- or 3-person team
