1 Person Shot, Another Stabbed In Sarasota: Police
A Tuesday night stabbing and shooting in the 1800 block of John Rivers Street is under investigation, Sarasota police said.
SARASOTA, FL — A Tuesday night stabbing and shooting in the 1800 block of John Rivers Street is under investigation, according to a Sarasota Police Department news release.
During the incident, which happened around 9:30 p.m., one adult suffered a gunshot wound, while another was stabbed, police said.
Both people were brought to Sarasota Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
