21-Year-Old Motorcyclist Critical After Crash In Sarasota

SARASOTA, FL -- A 21-year-old motorcyclist is in critical condition following an accident Sunday, Sept. 30 at Webber Street and Vinson Avenue.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Rodrigo De Souza Silva of Sarasota was riding his Suzuki motorcycle east on Webber Street approaching Vinson Avenue when he lost control of his motorcycle .

He was transported to Sarasota Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
