$50,000 Reward Offered To Find Missing Sarasota Teen
The 14-year-old was last seen Sept. 4 in the area of 22nd Street in Sarasota wearing a turquoise shirt.

SARASOTA, FL --The Sarasota Police Department, FBI Tampa Division and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are now offering a $50,000 reward for information about the disappearance of Jabez Spann, 14. This is an increase from the reward issued on Oct. 10.
Spann has been missing since Sept. 4. He was last seen in the area of 22nd Street in Sarasota wearing a turquoise shirt. Spann is a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 120 pounds.
Sarasota Police detectives have received numerous tips and detectives remain in daily contact with Spann's family. Unfortunately, there is no new information on his disappearance.

The FBI is contributing $44,000, FDLE is contributing $5,000 and the Sarasota Police Department is contributing $1,000 for a total of $50,000 in reward money.
