Let your body rest and your mind begin to drift as you relax in a hammock, surrounded by deep sound vibrations. Featuring the grounding tones of the didgeridoo, this experience creates a strong, full-body effect that can feel almost like being drawn into a dreamlike state.

This sound bath is designed to help your body release tension and your mind quiet down. The vibrations are deeply felt, allowing you to let go and settle into a place of calm and stillness.

As the sound continues, you may find yourself drifting between awareness and sleep. Whether you rest or simply relax, this is a time to slow down, reset, and recharge.

Doors open 15 minutes before class. For everyone's safety, doors will be locked promptly at start time.

HAMMOCK GUIDELINES

• Do not wear jeans.
• Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing with no metal or plastic (zippers, snaps, sequins, etc).
• Avoid sharp jewelry or accessories.
• This class is experienced barefoot.
• If you are sensitive to motion or prone to motion sickness, please take caution before reserving.

IN-STUDIO GUIDELINES

• This is a shoe-free space.
• Please silence or turn off cell phones upon arrival.
• Respect all sound bath instruments and studio equipment.
• Doors open 15 minutes before start time.
• Studio doors will lock at the start of the session – no late entry.
• Pre-registration required – no drop-ins.
• No refunds or credits.

SOUND BATH ETIQUETTE

• This is a quiet and distraction-free experience.
• Please remain silent during the sound bath.
• No phone use, talking, or texting once the session begins.
• Please do not perform yoga poses or stretches during the sound portion.
• Understand that this is a public class – occasional snoring or natural sounds may occur.

• By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You agree that you are physically able to take part in this session and release the event facilitator, Mystical Oasis Studio, and its staff from any and all liability related to injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction.
