Night Jazz at the Court Cabaret presents La Lucha, a Tampa Bay based trio that features bassist Alejandro Arenas, pianist John O’Leary and drummer Mark Feinman. Winners of Creative Loafing’s best jazz ensemble Monday six times, La Lucha, in addition to being featured at local area festivals, has performed at international festivals in Spain and Italy. They recently recorded their eighth CD. La Lucha’s CD Everybody Wants To Rule The World (Arbors Records), was produced by world renowned clarinetist, Ken Peplowski, featuring guest musicians; Houston Person, Chuck Redd, Ken Peplowski, Melissa Aldana and Diego Figueiredo.
