Cops: Man's Surveillance Cam Exposed His Indecent Behavior

Deputies say the Florida man handed over the footage.

A 48-year-old West Park man faces criminal charges after Broward County Sheriff’s deputies say he performed an indecent act in front of a child and her mother.

Deputies were apprised of the situation when the mother called the sheriff’s office to say her neighbor came out of his home last Monday afternoon wearing only a green bathrobe. He is then accused of standing in his front yard and masturbating while looking in the direction of the woman and her 2-year-old daughter, Local 10 reported.

When police arrived, the man told deputies he had nothing to hide, the station noted.

Gary Palmer was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior against a child, but a judge knocked the charge down to indecent exposure because there was no evidence the toddler actually witnessed the act, the paper noted.
