Environmental Pest Service builds management team as Company continues to tie growth to quality of service

George Pickhardt acting as interim CEO during search for new CEO

SARASOTA, Fla. (September 26, 2016) – Environmental Pest Service is enhancing and adjusting its management team as the Company continues to focus on growth, operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.

With these priorities in mind, the Company has made the following changes:

· George Pickhardt, EPS’s Chairman and a leader of the organization for more than 44 years, is also serving as interim Chief Executive Officer as the Company initiates a search for its next leader. Joe Finney, a significant driver of EPS’s success the past three years, has moved out of the CEO role but will continue as a Director on EPS’s Board.

His primary focuses will be the utilization of training, facilitating sharing of best practices and implementing enhanced operational procedures to continue EPS’s best-in-class performance. With more than 20 years of experience, he was most recently sales director for the northern U.S. and international divisions for Terminix.

· Rob Swartz, the Executive Chair of EPS’s Board, is leading a new operating committee to help drive overall Company strategies going forward, working with Dave Bradford, Chief Financial Officer; Karen Madden, Vice President of Human Resources; Michael Rolman; and the Company’s regional vice presidents. Mr. Swartz gained deep experience in the pest-control industry when he served as Chairman and CEO of Home Team Services from 2000-2007.
