Nia fitness on Siesta Public Beach

 

Nia (pronounced nee-ahh) is a body-mind-spirit fitness program for anyone regardless of fitness level or age.   Practiced barefoot to music, Nia combines martial arts, healing arts (yoga) and dance to create a workout that delivers cardiovascular, whole-body conditioning that is fun.  The benefits of a Nia workout are weight loss, strength gain, increased flexibility and calming of the mind.   Nia is an amazing tool for increasing joy, health, vitality and bliss in all aspects of life.
