Even Hotel Opens 128-Room Facility In Sarasota

SARASOTA, FL -- InterContinental Hotels Group has set in motion a national expansion of the Even Hotels brand with the opening of a Sarasota hotel.

The Even Hotel Sarasota – Lakewood Ranch is located off Interstate 75 near the beach. Owned by Zieg Hospitality, accommodations include 128 rooms and four suites along with 2,566 square feet of meeting space.

The hotel is located near shopping venues, restaurants, arts and cultural attractions, Siesta Key Beach and is eight miles from the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.

The Even Hotel Sarasota marks the first Florida location for the brand, with a second property slated to open in Miami this summer.

Even Hotels offer signature brand amenities such as Cork & Kale, a café offering healthy and indulgent made-to-order options for breakfast and dinner. The eatery has been designed to provide guests with a balance of options while on the go, and is available 24/7 for guests’ convenience.

Every Even Hotels property also includes the Athletic Studio, an on-site gym offering free weights, customized Woodway treadmills, spin bikes and water rowers. Additionally, every Even Hotels guestroom includes an in-room fitness zone with a dedicated workout space, including in-room equipment and 18 different workout videos ranging from 10 to 30 minutes in length. Properties also offer running maps at the front desk for guests who want to explore the area on their own.

Even Hotels' guestrooms include color LED mood lighting so guests can select the options to create a relaxing and calming environment. In addition, Even Hotels offers a nighttime tea service.

In addition to the Sarasota hotel, Even Hotels opened hotels in New York City; Rockville, Maryland; Norwalk, Connecticut; Omaha, Nebraska; and Eugene, Oregon. Several hotels in the pipeline include a dual-branded property in Seattle, as well as Miami and Pittsburgh.
