The commercial real estate brokerage was recognized as a Legacy Business in the City of Sarasota on Nov. 4.
Ian Black Real Estate was recognized as a Legacy Business in the City of Sarasota during a City Commission meeting on Nov. 4.
The Legacy Business program recognizes for-profit businesses that have operated in the city limits for at least 20 years and provide jobs and economic development, support community improvements and exemplify growth and prosperity.
“It’s an honor to be recognized by the City of Sarasota for our longstanding presence in the area,” said Ian Black, founder and partner at Ian Black Real Estate. “When we opened our doors in 2003, we knew there was a need in the market. Now, 20 years later, we are one of the top brokerages in the area and have deep roots in the community.”
