Lee Wetherington Homes breaks ground on new luxury model

Southwest Florida luxury homebuilder Lee Wetherington Homes (LWHomes.com) recently broke ground on the Saviano model in Seacroft inside Country Club East in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.

The new, one-story design features 2,950 square feet, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private outdoor shower. Located on a 60-foot homesite on a 90-foot lot, the great room floor plan is geared toward outdoor entertaining with a West Indies-style architectural design.

The Saviano is outfitted with dark wood and white marble throughout. The floor plan will also be available to build in the new communities of Prestbury and Eaglescliffe in Country Club East.

The homebuilder sold its popular Windsong model in Seacroft, but the model will still be available for tours until April 2017.
