Motorworks and Girl Scouts Put a Creative Spin on Cookies
Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida and Motorworks Brewing are offering a special event pairing Girl Scout Cookies with Local Craft Beers
Cookies & Crafts event pairs Girl Scout Cookies® with Local Brews
Bradenton, FL – Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida, Motorworks Brewing, and the Herald-Tribune Media Group are teaming up to present a unique event that will delight craft beer and cookie connoisseurs alike.
The Cookies & Crafts showcase will take place Thursday, March 2 from 4-10 p.m. at the Motorworks Brewing taproom, 1014 9th Street West in Bradenton. For only $10, guests can enjoy a carefully curated beer flight featuring four distinct Motorworks Brewing beers and four popular Girl Scout Cookie® varieties. Planned pairings include Savannah Smiles® and Hudson Hefeweizen, Thin Mints® and French-Style Saison, Trefoils® and English-Style Barleywine, and Samoas® and Chocolate Datil Pepper Imperial Porter.

Motorworks Brewing will also be offering for one night only a unique Girl Scout Cookie-themed cocktail, and tapping a special firkin of their Midnight Espresso Coffee Porter infused with Girl Scout S’mores™ Cookies. The new Girl Scout S’mores Cookie was introduced this year in honor of the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouts selling cookies.
