“Sporti and SwimOutlet have been a part of my swimming journey since day one. From a little girl excited to get her very first practice suit to designing my second collection, this partnership has been a dream come true. This collection grows up with me in a way and represents a journey through girlhood and continuing to bring feminine and youthful energy to the pool deck,” Weyant told the magazine.

She told Sarasota Magazine that she works closely with Sporti’s design and marketing team to create her swimwear collections.

“It has been the best working experience — they’ve been able to make my ideas come to life,” Weyant said, adding, “We have the fabric to keep in mind (as well as) the durability. We have bikinis in the line, and there’s a huge difference between a lounging bikini and a training bikini. Even when you’re swimming in chlorine every day, the colors and the fabric (in my collection) still last — that’s been really cool to see.”

She said, “This is performance swimwear, so we want to make sure the fit works for all swimmer bodies. When you’re training, you don’t want things to be too loose, so the fabric is very form-fitting and hugs close to your body. There’s a lot less resistance. ”
