Rebecca Merz, PhD Offers Dream Discussion Group at MindSpa Integrative Wellness Center

Rebecca Merz, PhD is offering a Dream Discussion Group at MindSpa beginning Wednesday, July 1. The 90-minute session begins 7:30pm. The cost is $50 for five sessions. Please register by calling MindSpa at 941-378-9959.

Participants will keep a dream journal and have the opportunity to explore the symbolic meaning of at least two dreams with the group. Group dream work can deepen self-awareness and serve as an agent for positive change.

Dr. Merz has over 19 years experience working with dreams, including serving on the Board of the C.G. Jung Society of Sarasota. She studied dream work with noted author and dream expert Dr. Jeremy Taylor.

Dr. Merz uses brain-based technologies combined with counseling to help her clients at MindSpa. She completed a Doctorate Degree in Transpersonal Psychology with doctoral-level certification in Clinical Psychology.

MindSpa is located in the Ridgegate Center at 5632 Bee Ridge Road with convenient access to I-75. It operated at its prior location on the corner of Bahia Vista Street and Tuttle since 2004. The new larger space includes a community room for workshops and other programs focused on health, wellness, personal growth, and other areas.

MindSpa is next to the Sarasota VA Outpatient Clinic also located in the Ridgegate Center.
