Sarasota Police, Community Meeting Set For Next Week
The semi-regular meetings are held to keep an open dialog running between police, businesses and area residents.

SARASOTA, FL — Sarasota residents and business leaders who have an interest in public safety are invited to attend the next New Beginnings II community meeting on Wednesday, May 11.
New Beginnings II was launched in 2014 and has since involved a number of semi-regular meetings between law enforcement and interested members of the community. The meetings are designed to provide an open platform for residents to discuss community oriented policing, quality of life issues and other concerns they may have. The first meeting of its kind was staged in July 2014. Meetings have since take place every few months with the first one of 2016 held in January.
