What: Sarasota Spring Craft Show
When: Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where: JD Hamel Park, 199 Bayfront Drive, Sarasota
Artisans and crafters from across Florida – and beyond - offer artistic creations in various mediums, including sculpture, jewelry, painting, photography, glass, ceramics, mixed-media, metalwork, fiber art, woodworking and more. Learn more about the event.

What: Young Entrepreneur Market
When: Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: The Bazaar on Apricot & Lime, 821 Apricot Ave., Sarasota
Meet 20 young entrepreneurs – 17 and younger – selling their wares. Students from the Music Compound will perform. Learn more about the event.
What: SailFest Junior Olympic Regatta
When: Saturday and Sunday
Where: Sarasota Sailing Squadron, 1717 Ken Thompson Pkwy., Sarasota
This is Sarasota Youth Sailing’s largest sailing and fundraising event of the year. This longstanding Junior Olympic event draws more than 200 young sailors and their families each year. What: 7th annual Tea Party for Girls
When: Saturday, 10 a.m. to noon
Where: Art Ovation Hotel, 1255 N Palm Ave., Sarasota
Hosted by Truly Valued, a nonprofit youth mentoring program, this event teaches girls the value of goals and how to set them. This is a free event with limited seating. Pre-registration is required.
What: Sarasota Bradenton Spring Home Show
When: Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Robarts Arena at the Sarasota Fairgrounds, 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota
Get inspired for everything from a minor renovation to a major remodel. This event features a wide range of home improvement professionals with fun, interactive exhibits. Entry is free but advance registration is required.
