1. 2 bodies found near Sebastian shoreline days apart, investigation underway (cbs12.com) — Law enforcement is investigating two deaths after bodies were found days apart along the shoreline near U.S. 1 in Sebastian, including one near the Sebastian River bridge. Deputies are working to identify the second person and determine whether the cases are connected, and they’re asking anyone with information to contact the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers.
   

2. Body of man found by person fishing Indian River Lagoon identified (miramarflnews.com) — Investigators have identified the man whose body was found by a person fishing along the Indian River Lagoon shoreline in Sebastian, just south of the St. Sebastian River Bridge on U.S. 1. The 44-year-old, who had Palm Bay ties, was reported missing by his mother, and deputies are treating the case as suspicious while awaiting autopsy results to determine how he died.
   

3. An Outdoor Happening: Sail Fishing in the Indian River Lagoo (floridasportsman.com) — A local angler recounts a sail-powered fishing trip that started anchored off a spoil island near Sebastian and continued southwest of Sebastian Inlet in the Indian River Lagoon. Using a sailing catamaran as a fishing platform, he and a friend spent hours battling multiple big black drum in calm March conditions.
   

4. Time Capsule Sealed in Vero Beach, Won't Open Until 2076 (wqcs.org) — A new countywide time capsule sealed at Vero Beach’s Heritage Center includes a dedicated canister from Sebastian, alongside contributions from every city, town, and key community in Indian River County. Local governments, schools, sponsors, and civic groups packed in mementos, documents, and photos to show future residents what life was like here when the vault is opened on July 4, 2076.
